A bus operator beeped his horn at a man who was blocking the bus lane on Wash Street near the MBTA Tufts station around 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11, according to MBTA transit police.

The driver of the vehicle that was blocking the bus's path responded by getting out of his car and screaming at the bus driver. He punched the bus's glass door, leaving a visible web of damage.

The driver then ran away from the scene of the incident, MBTA transit police say.
